I have just recently returned to the gym......I have been away for about 2 years and I would like to regain the muscle mass that I had at that time....and strive for more muscle mass. Since I am above right knee amputee due to service connection, I am working on getting a new prost. leg......at the moment I am using forearm crutches to get around and about the home and town. O.K. It is understandable that I may not move as fast as an able body person, but I am pretty active than most of my able body friends/etc. :]
